All orders are shipped via UPS. Free shipping on all orders of $15,000 and up. All in-stock merchandise will be shipped immediately. Certain items may not always be readily available. These items will be shipped immediately upon availability. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery for back-ordered items.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your items from JC Blackburn fail to meet your expectations for any reason, please send your package to us within 30 days of shipment out date for 100% money back on your purchase. You must send via insured US Post Office Priority Mail or FedEx/UPS. Make sure that you have insured the package and purchased a tracking number for your record.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team. Please include the invoice and the reason for the return. Your return will be refunded in the same payment manner as your original purchase. Please allow 2 weeks for your credit to appear in your statement.
For exchange, please write the item number that you want to exchange it for.

Please note: For security reasons, do not write “jewelry” anywhere on the outside of the box.
We cannot accept any damaged or missing products for exchange or refund.
Damaged in Shipment – DOA
If your item is damaged during shipping, please hold the merchandise and the package it came in. Contact the delivery carrier (UPS) to arrange for an inspection and then notify us.
You can pay for your purchase via PayPal, American Express, MasterCard & Visa. If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact us between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST.
You can also mail in your order and pay by personal check or money order. If you choose to send a personal check, we will have to have to wait 7 to 10 business days until your checks has cleared before we can ship your order. PLEASE be sure that funds are available, as our bank charges us a penalty for each NSF check. Please do not send cash.
